Production of bread and bread products

Bread is one of the oldest products in the world, which appeared at an early stage of human development. Bread is a baked product made from dough of rye, wheat, rye flour or their mixtures and/or other grain products, which is mixed, shaped, kneaded and leavened with yeast and lactic acid bacteria, and its preparation is baked. The production process of bread and bread products takes place in the following order:
